Who we are
Vornwell provides website strategy, design and development services. This policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through https://www.vornwell.com.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry form, we may collect:
- Your full name.
- Your business or brand name, when provided.
- Your email address.
- Your telephone number.
- The type of website you are interested in.
We may also receive information that you provide when contacting us by email, telephone or WhatsApp.
How we use your information
We use enquiry information to review your request, contact you about it, provide relevant advice, and prepare a quote where appropriate. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing or sell them to third parties.
Service providers
Resend
We use Resend to process and send enquiry-form emails. Information submitted through a form is transferred to Resend for email delivery and is handled under Resend's own privacy and security terms.
Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity for session analytics so we can understand how visitors use the website and identify usability problems. Clarity may process interaction, device and technical information using cookies or similar technologies.
Legal basis
We process enquiry information because it is necessary to respond to your request and take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We use website analytics where permitted on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the website and its performance.
Data retention
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage any resulting client relationship, meet legal or accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Enquiries that do not lead to work will normally be deleted or anonymised within 24 months unless there is a lawful reason to retain them for longer.
Data security and international processing
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. Some service providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards provided by those services and applicable data-protection law.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, or object to its processing. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
